• This project is an experiment to create design tool to reduce the threshold of design architecture. Through inputting Chinese-ink-art-like sketch plane, the parametric procedure would produce architecture in forms of minimal surfaces. It enables non-practitioners of architecture to work in architecture and design. The tool is initially created for the design of an automotive museum in Los Angles in the TU-UCLA International Joint Studio in order to quickly adjust the minimal surface form when plan function changed. The research of this inputting method is still on going. The next stage is  to develop friendlier interface to generate more adjustable form that fits intricate functional requirements.
